The Generalitat inherits eight properties valued at 844,196 euros that the Department of Finance is now putting up for auction. The assets come from intestate inheritances in which the Generalitat has been declared the heir, as published by the DOGV.
This is the first auction of its kind, the proceeds of Email Data which will be used for social interest purposes and cultural patronage, thus complying with the provisions of the new Decree 20/2019, of February 15, of the Consell, which adapts the processing of intestate inheritance files according to basic state regulations.
Specifically, the income obtained from these auctions will be allocated two thirds to social interest purposes and the remaining third to actions of the Cultural Patronage Plan of the Generalitat.
In total, the accumulated starting price of these nine properties in the first auction reaches 844,196 euros and if it reaches the fourth auction the price would be 518,440 euros.
The presentation of offers will preferably be made in the General Registry of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the announcement in the DOGV.
The specifications that will govern the auctions can be consulted at the General Directorate of the Public Sector and Heritage of the department or through the website.
The economic proposals will be presented in a sealed envelope and the offers for the second, third and fourth auctions will only be opened, through the successive auction procedure, that is, in the event that the immediate previous auction is void.
The deadline for the presentation of offers begins tomorrow, October 24, and the date of the opening of the aforementioned offers, which will take place in the Ciutat Administrativa 9 d'Octubre, will be published soon in the DOGV.
Among the assets up for auction, a home with a plot in the Campolivar de Godella urbanization stands out
The nine properties that are up for auction are offered in eight lots, of which the highest starting amount is that corresponding to an urban residential home with a plot in Campolivar (Godella), whose value in the first auction is 486,336 euros.
In the same way, an apartment located on Sagasta street in Elda is being auctioned; a house and an adjacent plot on Salvador de Llíria street; a home on Felipe Street, in Valencia; a commercial premises in Grau de Castelló; 50% of a house on Pierre Boulez street in Xàbia, some rustic plots in the Terrafort area of Baix de Xàtiva and a plot of olive trees in the Tras el santo area in Castellnovo.
