How to Combine Colors With the Color Wheel: Orange and Green

Some time ago we started a series of articles in which we were seeing the psychology of each of the colors and what they transmit. Each color carries a series of feelings and it is up to us to use them to get what we want. When we talk about design, the most “decisive” place to choose color is in the logo . Normally after choosing it, the other design elements are formed (such as web, graphic elements...) and largely depend on the chosen colors. For this , we must take into account the color ( without forgetting the name and font ). If we choose it correctly we will transmit what we want. Although as we said, the logo is monocolor, many times we have to look for a combination of colors in case we ever need to introduce other colors , for example for the web, so it will be of great help.be clear about their possible combinations and opt for one of them . Today, just as we did with violet and blue , we are going to share different combinations of green and orange with the help of the color wheel . It should be remembered that once we have the combination, we must look for the tonality that best matches our project, whether it is a website, a logo...

And search within the color, the best combinations of it. As in the previous case, we will use the chromatic circle . The normal thing is that when you have been combining colors for a while, the color wheel is not so necessary, but believe me, it is a good ally. In addition , in many combinations the same colors appear, but you have to be clear about which color is predominant and therefore the main one. For example, the complement of green is violet and therefore green background remove service is violet ,however depending on which of the two is my main color, the combinations between the two will be totally different and will convey different feelings.
